In 2006 Cincotti & Company got ISO 9001:2008 Certification issued by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). The control procedures on our adjusters work are possible through our own software used by everyone in the company through different accounts and authorization levels. Each adjuster is audited six-monthly through our coordinators’ judgement reported to the related director manager. Adjusters committed in high-volume claims are also subjected to random checks on site.
